DAVV (Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya) Non CET Admission 2017: Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore will be inviting applications for admission in the following Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses being offered at its University Teaching Departments for the academic year 2017. Eligibility Criteria for DAVV Non CET Admission 2017

Educational criteria

School of Economics (SOE) MA (Economics) At least 45% marks in Graduation in any branch
School of Statistics (SOST) MA/M.SC (Statistics) BA/ B.Sc./BCA(With Maths/ Statistics as a main subject in all the three years) with scoring at least of 50% marks
School of Physics (SOPHY) M. Sc. (Physics)/ (Physics Material Science) At least 50% marks in B.Sc (physics/Maths)
School of Mathematics (SOMT) MA/M. Sc. (Mathematics) B.Sc./ BA With Maths as a main subject with scoring at least of 50% marks in aggregate and in Maths
School of Biotechnology (SOBIOTECH) M. Sc. (Genetic Engineering)/ (Bio-informatics)/ (Biotech (Industry Sponsored)) Graduation (Biological/ physical)/ BVSc/ MBBS/ Agri

/Fisheries/ B Tech/ BE/ BDS / B.Pharm with minimum of 55% marks

School of Languages (SOLANG) MA/PG Diploma in Advanced

Translation and Functional Hindi.

At least 50% marks in graduation in any branch
Yoga Centre P.G. Diploma/ MA  (Yoga Therapy) Graduate Degree in any subject with minimum of 45% marks
School of Physical Education (SOPE) Bachelor in Physical Education and sports(BPES) Completed 10+2 with recognized board

Age limit

According to government rules the maximum age limit for male candidates in admission to UG Programmes will be 22 years whereas for PG degree programmes it is 28 years as on July 01, 2017. There will be relaxation of 3 years in upper age limit for ST / SC / OBC and physically handicapped candidate of Madhya Pradesh only.

Application Form: How to apply

  • The aspirants are advised to apply for admission only if they satisfy the eligibility criteria.
  • If candidate want to apply for more than one course, then he/she must fill in separate application form for each course.
  • Candidates have to pay Rs. 750/- (Rs.400/ for candidates belonging to SC/ST category) as necessary application fee through mponline portal i.e. www.mponline.gov.in or through its authorized kiosk.

Admission process

The admission to various courses will be as per the Madhya Pradesh Govt reservation policy.
