DAVV Application form
Candidates seeking admission to DAVV under particular department /school of studies need to fill application form in prescribed format. Admission form will be available online on the official website of organization i.e. www.mponline.gov.in. Submit the duly filled application form along with applicable fee and important documents before due date.
DAVV Admission Process
The admission to various courses will be as per the Madhya Pradesh Govt reservation policy
For M.Tech courses:
The preference will be given to GATE/GPAT qualified candidates. If seats remain vacant then it will be given to Non-GATE/ Non-GPAT candidates as per their merit determined on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying exam.
For Phd/Mphil Courses
Candidates will be generally admitted through an entrance test followed by an interview
The university also conducts an entrance exam named DAVV CET for offering admission to various UG PG courses under its University Teaching Departments.

Established in the year 1964, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, casually known as DAVV, is a State University whose influence was primarily limited to Indore city. Soon after, its influence was extended to 7 tribal conquered districts of Indore division such as, Alirajpur, Jhabua, Dhar, Burhanpur, Khandwa, Khargone and Barwani.
DAVV get credited as an A-grade university by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) by the year 2014. The university has consistently catering to the educational requirements of Indore (the most technologically developed district of Madhya Pradesh) on one hand and to the 7 tribal and rural backward areas of the MP State on the other.
